Qualifications

• 2-4 years of public accounting experience within financial services.
• Direct SEC reporting experience, with 10-Q/10-K exposure and BDC experience.
• Strong understanding of BDC structures and investment vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support 10-Q and 10-K filings and related disclosures.
• Review and reconcile third-party administrator NAV packages.
• Produce weekly performance reporting including returns and dividend estimates.
• Prepare materials for the BDC Board and investor communications.
• Partner with Portfolio Management to interpret governing documents.
