Audi Hawthorne, Hawthorne, NY, is seeking a BDC Sales Associate / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and to support the sales team with inbound leads, phone calls, and appointment scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or receptionist roles
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Proficient with computers and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming dealership phone calls
• Respond to internet sales inquiries and customer leads
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Greet customers entering the dealership and assist with check-in
• Follow up with prospective customers via phone, text, and email
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
