Location: Port Charlotte, FL (On site) | Type: Full Time | Hourly + Commission

As a BDC Automotive Sales Representative, you’re a critical point of contact for our sales department guests and the first step in creating a super experience. You will handle all incoming calls, as well as perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers. You will strive to increase customer retention by reaching out to current customers to ensure complete satisfaction in ownership, as well as marketing efforts to accurately obtain and log customer sources.

We’re looking for a team player with an outgoing, customer-service approach to daily responsibilities. This is a great entry point for a career with us, especially for those with customer service or general sales backgrounds (like electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, marketing, etc.)

Must have full availability including Fridays and Saturdays. Sundays are on rotation! Hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM.

What You’ll Do
  • Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication
  • Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
  • Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and vehicle delivery
  • Drive yourself and the team to maintain a positive work environment and improve daily
