This full-time, on-site role offers an hourly base pay plus uncapped bonuses, with a target earnings up to $75,000 per year.

Location: Port Charlotte, FL (Onsite) |Type: Full Time |Compensation: Hourly Base + Uncapped Performance Bonuses (Earn up to $75,000 annually)

We are a fast-paced, customer focused dealership built on strong core values, looking for a motivated team and energetic BDC Representative to join our team. As a BDC Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers – handling all inbound and outbound communication, setting appointments, and helping drive business to our sales team while delivering a professional and positive experience.

Schedule: Must have full availability including Friday's and Saturday's. Sunday's are on rotation! Hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM.
