At L0432 Suburban Volvo Cars in Troy, we are hiring a BDC Representative to drive customer engagement and support sales growth. You will gather data, stay informed about pricing and promotions, and use CRM tools to boost follow-ups and retention.

Responsibilities

• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention.
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
• Utilize computer and phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
• Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.

• Ability to prioritize customer experience through a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with all potential customers
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM tools
