Job summary

SONS Kia in Delaware is seeking a motivated Internet Sales Associate (BDC) to join our busy sales department. You will answer customer calls, schedule follow-ups for sales appointments, respond to inquiries via internet, phone, and live chat, and present initial product details with resources.

You’ll tailor preliminary financing options, proactively follow up with leads, and collaborate with teammates to maintain positive relationships. Daily CRM use is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred.
• Able to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with dealership software.

Responsibilities
