Job summary

SONS Kia of Montgomery is seeking an Automotive BDC Associate to join our sales team. You'll handle internet, phone, and live chat inquiries, schedule sales appointments, and provide initial product details to customers.

You'll present preliminary financing options, follow up on leads, and use our CRM daily to track and update prospects, collaborating with the sales team and management in a friendly, family-run environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and schedule follow-ups for sales appointments
• Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using approved scripts and templates
• Provide customers with initial product details and direct them to appropriate dealership resources
• Present preliminary financing options tailored to customer needs
• Proactively follow up with leads, including those not ready to commit or who miss appointments
• Collaborate in team and process improvement sessions to maintain positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and management
• Utilize the dealership’s CRM system daily for lead tracking and updates
