Responsibilities:

• Handle internet, phone, email, end of lease/loaninquiries
• Make outbound follow-up calls, emails and texts that keep customers engaged from start to finish and schedule appointments
• Answer any questions in a friendly and professional way
• Be a problem solver
• Route customer calls and concerns to the right person on our team
• Deliver a top-notch customer experience
• Work closely with the BDC Manager and other BDC sales personnel to ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate notes are made in the CRM
• Complete daily tasks as assigned
• Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers

Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 plus advanced opportunities.
