Qualifications

• Experience in automotive BDC, internet sales, or dealership management preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.
• Excellent phone, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using performance reports to manage targets.
• Strong understanding of CRM and lead management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage the BDC team to optimize customer interactions.
• Monitor and optimize lead response times to boost conversions.
