Job summary

Germain Honda of Dublin is seeking a results-driven BDC Manager to lead the internet sales operation in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership. You will develop people, improve processes and turn more opportunities into showroom appointments and vehicle sales.

You will train the BDC team, optimize lead response times, review performance metrics, and coach staff to achieve daily goals. A strong CRM background and leadership drive are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Automotive BDC, internet sales, or dealership management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent phone, communication, and organizational abilities
• Comfortable managing performance through reports and measurable goals
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and lead management

Responsibilities

• Manage and train the BDC team to ensure high-quality customer interactions and appointment setting
• Monitor and optimize lead response times (calls, texts, emails) to maximize conversion
• Improve appointment-set, show, and sold percentages
• Collaborate with sales managers and salespeople to maximize opportunities
• Review daily performance reports and identify missed opportunities
• Conduct call reviews, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching
• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up processes
