Job summary

Honda of Clear Lake is hiring a BDC Manager to lead the BDC team, optimize follow-up processes, and balance inbound phone and web traffic with high-quality customer service.

Requirements include at least 2 years as an automotive internet/BDC manager, strong leadership, and proficiency with standard computer tools. A flexible schedule is required to cover peak sales periods, including evenings and weekends.

• Must have two (2) or more years' experience as automotive internet/BDC manager.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and data entry systems.
