Job summary

Hireology in Missouri is seeking a Veteran BDC Manager to join our tech-forward team. You will drive CRM excellence, train staff, and build customer relationships while supporting the sales process in a hands-on, in-person role.

Expect an aggressive pay plan with solid benefits. Schedule is 8:30am–6pm, five days a week; Sundays are closed, with a midweek day off. You’ll work directly with customers and employees to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Dealership management experience
• BDC or Internet management experience
• Microsoft Office knowledge, computer software and internet proficiency; Google Suite used regularly
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Clean and valid driver’s license
• Professional personal appearance

Responsibilities

• CRM expert; maintain accuracy and accountability in the system
• Develop relationships with employees and customers to enhance the sales process
• Build rapport with customers to establish a network
• Help manage productivity of the sales department
• Facilitate regular sales training for team growth
• Address and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain proficiency and manufacturer certifications as required
• Train, cross-train and develop sales staff; assist in closing deals
