You will use your engaging personality to inform customers about product lines and financing options, delivering a best-in-class experience.

In this role, you will answer calls, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and utilize our CRM daily.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions; maintain positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
