Scott Family of Dealerships in Allentown, PA is seeking a Business Development Coordinator (BDC Sales) to drive sales opportunities by engaging customers about our product lines and financing options.

In this role, you will answer calls, respond to inquiries, and use our CRM daily to manage leads, schedule appointments, and collaborate with the sales team to deliver a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service.
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.

• Strong computer skills.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
