Scott Family of Dealerships seeks a Business Development Coordinator (BDC Sales) to join our Lehigh Valley team. You will generate sales opportunities, engage customers, and highlight features and benefits of our vehicles to deliver a best-in-class experience.

Successful candidates will provide outstanding customer service, demonstrate strong product knowledge, and work well within a dealership team. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive pay plan.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct to resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads not ready to book or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions and maintain positive relationships.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
