Superior Auto is launching a new Business Development Center Agent role in Indianapolis, IN. You will be the first point of contact for customers by phone, text, and email, delivering quick, empathetic service.

Outbound calls for pre-qualification and appointment scheduling will be a key focus, plus collaboration with 70+ locations to ensure a seamless customer experience and up-to-date inventory knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center or contact center experience.
• Confident communicator—clear, professional, and friendly in speech and writing.
• Organized and detail-oriented—able to manage multiple tasks and systems at once.
• Tech-savvy—comfortable using CRM systems, phone software, and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, text, and email.
• Make outbound calls to assist customers with pre-qualification and appointment scheduling.
• Work closely with our 70+ locations to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience.
• Stay current on our vehicle inventory to provide accurate recommendations.
