Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Field Sales & Community Recruitment Associate to recruit local businesses into a growing delivery partner program. This field-based role involves engaging business owners, building community relationships, and guiding partners through onboarding and launches.

Responsibilities include door-to-door outreach, presenting the opportunity to owners, qualifying prospects, and managing leads in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, retail, or business development experience.
• Door-to-door or field sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a territory.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Proficient with Excel and other technology tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally on a daily basis.

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales & Community Recruitment Associate to recruit local businesses into a growing delivery partner program. This is a Contract position based out of Missoula, MT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
