Barry-Wehmiller Design Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales & Business Development Operations to lead sales operations and pursuit coordination across Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, and Advanced Technology sectors. Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in business development operations, pursuit coordination, project support, or related experience within the AEC sector

Responsibilities

• Support execution of national multi-sector growth strategies through structured coordination across Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, and Advanced Technology
• Manage and improve sales operations function including team structure, resource planning, account management tools, capture plan templates, and technology stack (CRM system - OMS)
• Maintain sales operations metrics and reporting frameworks; track proposal win rates, pursuit metrics, cycle time, quality measures, and operational efficiency across all three sectors
• Support opportunity planning and capture planning processes for all significant pursuits and assist in strategy workshops
• Manage pipeline organization, pursuit logistics, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure strategic alignment
• Partner with Finance on pursuit budgeting, resource forecasting, and financial performance tracking; ensure transparency and alignment on investments and returns
