Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from an accredited university and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Academic excellence

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• 1-2 letters of recommendation
• Essay “Why do you want to be in the program? What makes you the right fit for the program?” (1 page overall max)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a federal security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across BDLP teams.
• Engage in specialized trainings, conferences, workshops and may accept special rotational assignments.
• Collaborate with BD leaders to maximize development and exposure to leadership roles.
