Job summary

Leidos is hiring several Business Development Management Analysts as part of the Business Development Leadership Program (BDLP). The program lasts two to two-and-a-half years with varied rotations to build leadership and BD skills.

Participants rotate through areas like Capture Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Proposal Operations and Sector BD. Strong communication, leadership, and recommendation letters are required, plus U.S. citizenship for security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• 1-2 letters of recommendation.
• Essay answering why you want to be in the program? (1 page overall max).
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a federal security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across BD disciplines to develop leadership capabilities.
• Attend specialized trainings, conferences, workshops and surface additional rotations as opportunities arise.
• Collaborate with BD leaders and mentors to accelerate professional growth within the program.
