Cooley LLP is seeking a Business Development Driver Manager to join the Marketing and Client Development team in Los Angeles. This role drives strategic BD support to convert priorities into action, supporting campaign execution, account planning, and pipeline discipline.

Responsibilities include leading briefing materials, coordinating with Marketing, and ensuring consistent follow-up and accountability across the BD function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or business development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, iManage, and CRM systems.
• Strong project management and pipeline discipline.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen BD execution through structured processes for meeting prep, opportunity development, and pipeline management.
• Oversee development of briefing materials and meeting strategies for partners and BD leaders.
• Partner with Marketing to manage lead flow and convert campaigns into opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between Marketing, BD leaders, and Partners.
• Set best practices to translate discussions into actionable plans and ensure follow-up.
