Bisnow is seeking a Business Development Director to drive revenue for the Interior Architecture & Design studio. You will own the pipeline from relationship-building through proposal, pitch, and close, collaborating with studio leadership and executive teams to secure opportunities in multifamily residential and hospitality projects.

You will originate new client relationships, qualify opportunities, and lead proposal development.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of business development experience in interior architecture or design-focused real estate.
• Strong track record in multifamily development and closing deals.
• Experience managing pipelines and forecasting in a CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Hybrid in-office requirement for Washington DC area candidates; travel at least monthly for others.

• Lead and grow a robust pipeline for the interior architecture studio focusing on multifamily residential and related sectors.
• Originate new client relationships and expand existing ones with developers, owners, architects, and real estate partners.
• Speak fluently on interior architecture and design to engage with technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue outbound opportunities aligned with business goals and market positioning.
• Shape growth strategy with leadership and drive proposal development and pitches.
• Represent the company at industry events to build visibility and relationships.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting in HubSpot CRM.
• Research prospective clients, projects, and market trends to inform outreach.
• Collaborate with Place Consulting and Agency BD leaders as needed.
