Job summary

Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff seeks a Business Development Coordinator to support the firm’s growth by collaborating with attorneys, practice leaders, and the Marketing and Business Development Director on pitches, proposals, RFP responses, credentials, and client materials.

The role also coordinates rankings, awards, and submission processes while conducting client, prospect, industry, and competitor research.

Responsibilities

Support attorneys and practice leaders with their business development priorities and client growth initiatives.
Coordinate client development, cross-selling, and relationship-building initiatives.
Perform other duties as requested by the Business Development Manager and the Marketing and Business Development Director.
Assist with pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and capabilities materials.
Maintain representative matters, experience databases, and attorney credentials.
Track RFPs, pitches, and proposal results and assist with status reports for leadership.
Coordinate legal directory, ranking, and award submissions and related materials.
Conduct client, prospect, industry, and competitor research.
