The role focuses on International Arbitration, International Trade, Legislative, and Global Law practices, working with attorneys and marketing staff to enhance visibility and client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of marketing, business development, or proposal experience.
• Experience with legal marketing and proposal processes preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools and marketing technologies preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and Foundation preferred.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle of RFPs, pitches, and proposals from planning through submission.
• Collaborate with attorneys and marketing staff to create tailored materials.
• Coordinate research, data, and pricing inputs with internal stakeholders.
• Manage production and delivery of final submissions.
• Maintain and update CRM and experience database (Foundation).
• Develop contact lists for BD initiatives.
• Edit and produce newsletters and client communications.
• Update marketing collateral and practice pages.
• Ensure materials are polished and aligned with branding.
