Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and guide them through checkout in our Boyne Falls store. You will be the friendly face customers remember, delivering outstanding service from arrival to departure.

You will answer questions, make product recommendations, process payments, and keep displays inviting and inventory accurate. The role calls for a team player who can work nights, weekends, and holidays, and who can lift

Overview

As aRetail SalesAssociate, you are responsible forserving the customers throughout their visit to the store from greeting to checkout.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by greeting them and offering them assistance
• Assist customers by escorting them directly to racks and counters, and/or suggesting items
• Advise customers by providing accurate information on products
• Help customer make selections by building customer confidence through offering suggestions and opinions
• Accept payments by totaling purchases and processing credit cards or gift cards/room charging
• Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest
• Setup and display products and merchandise through the store
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the store and merchandise
• Help maintain accurate inventory records

Qualifications
