Paradromics, Inc. is seeking a Field Application Engineer to serve as the technical lead for bringing our brain-computer interface innovations into clinical settings.

The role requires travel to clinical sites and close collaboration with Engineering, Clinical Affairs, and Quality teams to translate field learnings into system improvements. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant technical field, hands-on experience with neural data collection, and strong Python

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, neuroscience, computer science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with biosignal recording systems and neural data collection.
• Strong Python skills for time-series analysis and ML basics.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to clinicians and translate clinical needs to engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead field activities, coordinating with clinical sites and engineering teams.
• Facilitate neural data collection and BCI study execution in real-world settings.
• Document edge cases and provide data-driven feedback to improve systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues in the field and ensure device readiness.
