Job summary

Paradromics is building a brain‑computer interface platform to translate neural activity into practical therapies. The Field Application Engineer leads field deployments of Connexus hardware and software, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance, and serves as a bridge between clinical sites and engineering teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with biosignal recording systems, strong Python skills for data analysis, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to clinicians

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience conducting data collection with biosignal recording systems, ideally neural signals with human participants.
• Proficiency in Python for time series data analysis and ML basics.
• Clear communication across disciplines; explain technical concepts to clinicians and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead field deployments of Connexus hardware and software in clinical/field settings.
• Document edge cases and translate usability challenges into actionable improvements for teams.
• Troubleshoot and triage technical issues in the field, including hardware/software problems.
• Develop SOPs and field guides for staff and participants to streamline field operations.
