Paradromics seeks a Field Clinical Engineer to serve as the in-field technical lead at U.S. clinical sites during early feasibility and first-in-human studies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with complex technology in clinical, research, or human-facing environments.
• Ability to learn and operate technical systems independently.
• Strong communication skills to translate concepts for clinical audiences.
• Experience with patients, researchers, or clinicians in repeated interactions.
• Willingness to travel extensively to U.S. clinical sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the in-field technical representative during early feasibility study procedures and sessions.
• Configure, calibrate, operate, and breakdown study systems with proper checks.
• Support neural recording workflows to generate high-quality data.
• Monitor neural signals and system performance in real time.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues in clinical environments.
• Translate field observations into actionable information for engineering and QA.
• Build trust with participants, site staff, and investigators through professionalism.
• Help develop training materials, field guides, and SOPs for consistency.
