Job summary

Ahead ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home supervision and ABA services in Frederick County, Maryland. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs on your caseload, with support for parent training and data-driven goal updates.

Flexibility includes setting your own weekly schedule and a hybrid work arrangement with some time from home for planning and notes. A Maryland license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Maryland license or the ability to obtain one.
• Comfortable driving in Frederick County.
