Limitless ABA in Cumming, GA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, hourly or contract role. You’ll work with a smaller caseload, collaborate with a supportive team, and maintain clinical autonomy across clinic, in-home, and community settings.

This role emphasizes ethical, data‑driven practice, flexible daytime, after‑school, and evening hours, with strong RBT support and opportunities to shape systems and caregiver training.

Qualifikationen

• BCBA certification in good standing required.
• Ability to practice in Georgia with ethical, assent‑aware ABA.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for supervising RBTs.

Aufgaben

• Conducting and updating comprehensive behavioral assessments.
• Developing individualized, medically necessary treatment plans.
• Providing direct BCBA supervision and protocol modification.
• Supervising and clinically supporting RBTs.
• Using BST, modeling, feedback, and competency‑based training with team members.
• Monitoring client progress and making data‑driven treatment modifications.
• Developing and updating Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Providing caregiver training and collaborating with families.
• Collaborating with schools, SLPs, OTs, physicians, and other team members.
• Maintaining accurate, timely, payer‑compliant documentation.
• Supporting treatment generalization across clinic, home, school, and community.
