Job summary

Magical Moments is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Atlanta team. We value ethical, high-quality care with small caseloads and robust professional development under the leadership of our hands-on Chief Clinical Officer.

As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams. We offer flexible FT & PT schedules, competitive pay, signing bonuses, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• GA LBA license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong foundation in ABA principles and clinical implementation.
• Experience with behavioral assessments and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
• Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs (15–20% of their hours).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations.
• Contribute to a positive, solution oriented team culture.
