Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hourly or Contract
Location: Cumming, GA | Clinic, In-Home & Community
Position Type: Part-Time, Hourly or Contract
Schedule: Flexible | Opportunities for Daytime, After-School & Evening Hours
Caseload: Intentionally Small & Manageable
Do Great Clinical Work Without the Traditional ABA Grind.
At Limitless ABA, we believe BCBAs do their best work when they have the time, autonomy, and support to actually be clinicians.
We are a locally owned, mission-driven ABA provider serving children and families throughout the Cumming area. Our approach is compassionate, individualized, and deeply rooted in ethical clinical practice.
We are currently looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to work with a smaller caseload, collaborate with a supportive team, and maintain flexibility without sacrificing clinical quality.
This may be a great fit for a BCBA who wants to supplement an existing position, return to clinical work on a part-time basis, reduce the demands of a traditional full-time BCBA role, or simply work somewhere that prioritizes quality over volume.
We intentionally maintain smaller BCBA caseloads. We are not looking for someone to oversee 15–20 clients or spend their week trying to keep up with an unsustainable volume of cases.
Our BCBAs are trusted to make individualized, data‑driven clinical decisions based on the needs of the child and family—not arbitrary company‑wide treatment requirements.
Our decisions are guided by our O.A.T.H. Core Values:
You will never be expected to compromise clinical integrity to meet a financial metric.
We believe quality ABA depends on quality training. BCBAs are expected to actively mentor, model, coach, and develop their RBT teams—not simply review graphs from a distance.
This position can be structured around mutually agreed‑upon availability and client needs. Depending on availability, opportunities may include clinic-based, in‑home, school/daycare, and community‑based services.
We value clinicians who think critically, identify opportunities for improvement, and want to help shape strong clinical systems. Your feedback will not disappear into layers of corporate leadership.
As a BCBA with Limitless ABA, responsibilities may include:
If you’re a strong BCBA who loves the clinical side of ABA but is tired of overloaded caseloads, rigid productivity expectations, or feeling disconnected from the children and teams you’re supposed to support, we’d love to talk.
You don't need to commit to a formal interview process just to learn more.

What We’re Looking For
This opportunity may be structured as an hourly or contract position depending on the candidate's availability, desired workload, and employment arrangement. We are open to discussing schedules ranging from a smaller supplemental caseload to a more consistent part‑time clinical schedule.
Rather than requiring a predetermined caseload simply to meet a billing target, we want to build a workload that allows the BCBA to remain responsive, involved, and clinically effective.
Competitive hourly/contract rate based on experience, availability, responsibilities, and position structure.
Company-provided clinical materials, assessment resources, and administrative support are available to support your work.
