ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to design and supervise behavior-analytic programs for children and families in Alpharetta, GA. The role emphasizes smaller caseloads and a supportive clinical infrastructure to deliver lasting outcomes.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and mentor colleagues pursuing BCBA certification, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
