Job summary

TTF Search and Staffing seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive, onsite clinical team. The role offers schedule autonomy, flexible hours, and a 25-billable-hour weekly expectation with quarterly bonuses for hours beyond that threshold.

You’ll use CentralReach for data collection, collaborate closely with caregivers, and deliver ethical ABA services to clients and families. Two evening shifts weekly are required, generally not past 7:30 PM.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience delivering ABA services and collaborating with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA services to clients and families.
• Collect data and document progress using CentralReach.
• Coordinate with caregivers to support ethical, compassionate behavior-analytic services.
• Maintain a flexible schedule with two evening shifts per week, typically not past 7:30 PM.
