Ahead ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve families in Bethesda and nearby parts of Montgomery County. We are an in-home ABA team focused on compassionate care and sustainable, burnout-free practice.

This role offers a flexible, hybrid schedule with remote time for parent training, treatment planning, and notes. You will supervise RBTs, run assessments, write treatment plans, and coach families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Maryland Behavior Analyst license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Heart for kids and families.

Ahead ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve families in Bethesda and nearby parts of Montgomery County.

We are a caring, in home ABA team. We want you to do great clinical work without burnout.
