Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA in New Jersey to supervise BTs/RBTs and oversee a small caseload. The role includes data review, treatment plan adjustments, and family collaboration to ensure effective behavior interventions.

We offer a competitive salary in the 85k-95k range, with benefits and the possibility of up to a $6,000 annual incentive paid monthly. This is a full-time, weekday position with strong support from a Clinical Manager.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA per Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• A minimum of 1 year experience with individuals with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies, earning theories, ethics, and regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns related to behavior modification or staff.
• Receive support from Clinical Manager for scheduling and caseload management.
