Job summary

Westborough Public Schools in Massachusetts seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our caring staff at Fales Elementary School (GK-3). Our district prides itself on academic excellence, equity, wellness, and close collaboration with families and professionals.

The BCBA will provide ABA-based services, coordinate with students, parents and teachers, conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, and support inclusive instruction across settings.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Massachusetts licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • CORI, SORI and SAFIS background check required.

Responsibilities

  • Apply current ABA research to instructional design and remain current in content knowledge.
  • Partner and collaborate with teachers, department colleagues, and specialists.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Develop behavior plans and replacement strategies to reduce problematic behaviors.
  • Collect data and monitor progress to guide instruction and intervention.
  • Provide consultation and training to paraprofessionals and support staff.
