Job summary

Brockton Public Schools seeks a collaborative BCBA to support students in a school-based setting. Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification required.
  • Experience working in school settings with students across ages and disabilities preferred.
  • Experience supporting students in general and special education environments.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and using data to guide interventions.
  • Knowledge of IDEA, special education regulations, and IEP development.
  • Experience implementing or supporting PBIS and/or MTSS frameworks strongly preferred.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and consultation skills.

Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Brockton Public Schools is seeking a collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school-based setting. The BCBA will partner with building administrators, educators, school adjustment counselors, and related service providers to promote positive student outcomes through evidence-based behavioral supports.
