Job summary

AB Spectrum in Florissant, MO, is hiring BCBA professionals to develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, assess progress, and mentor RBT staff. You will dedicate substantial face-to-face time with children and collaborate with caregivers and clinical leaders to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Missouri licensure or eligibility required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills needed.
• Passion for early intervention and helping children with autism required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor children’s progress.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Spend meaningful face-to-face time with children.
• Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leadership.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical care.
