Job summary

AB Spectrum, a Missouri-based BCBA-focused clinic, is hiring a BCBA for a leadership role in St. Louis. You will guide clinical teams, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to deliver high-quality therapy.

The role emphasizes mentorship, ongoing professional development, and clinical excellence in Reggio ABA approaches. The position offers a hybrid work model with daytime hours and a focus on work-life balance, including administrative support and opportunities for growth within a growing

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's level clinician in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Commitment to mentorship and coaching of staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical leader for clients and team.
• Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans and BIPs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and ABA Implementers.
• Support practicum students and develop future clinicians.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and care team.
