Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• LBA eligibility in Utah or ability to obtain before starting.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Develop personalized, data-informed treatment plans.
• Support families with strategies for success in and outside therapy.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure high-quality client care.
