Job summary

AB Spectrum is seeking a BCBA clinician in St. Louis to deliver ABA therapy with our ReggioABA approach. The role emphasizes small caseloads, four onsite days with hybrid flexibility, and substantial face-to-face time with children to maximize meaningful interactions.

You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and clinicians, and contribute to a leading, therapy-transformed environment that supports clinical growth and quality care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor children’s progress.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Spend meaningful face-to-face time with children.
• Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leadership.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical care.
