Job summary

AB Spectrum in Ballwin, Missouri, is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA treatment plans and oversee clinical care for children with autism. You will spend substantial time with clients, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers and therapy teams in a supportive, growth-oriented clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB).
• Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor progress.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Spend meaningful face-to-face time with children.
• Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leadership.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical care.
