The role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA therapy in a ReggioABA-inspired environment, with a goal of maximizing face-to-face time with children and supporting clinical leadership. Qualificações

• Active BCBA certification required
• Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field
• Strong clinical judgment, communication and leadership skills
• Passion for early intervention and helping children thrive

Responsabilidades

• Develop and overseen individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor children’s progress.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Spend meaningful face-to-face time with children.
• Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leadership.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical care.
