Succeed ABA is seeking a highly motivated BCBA to oversee a caseload and deliver one-on-one behavioral therapy to individuals with ASD. The role includes developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and training parents and caregivers.

Ideal candidates will hold a BCBA, have a strong ABA background, and experience in clinical settings. This is a Denver-based, on-site position with opportunities for collaboration across speech and occupational therapy teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD is required.
• Experience in clinical ABA settings is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to clients.
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and other staff members.
• Conduct behavioral skills training for parents and caregivers.
• Monitor and record client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
