Job summary

AWARE is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Anaconda, MT in a full-time capacity. The role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA services to adults, children, and families in the community.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing ABA programs, conducting assessments, and training staff to ensure evidence-based interventions. Montana driver’s license and licensure are required. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and BCBA certification required.
• Minimum five years direct work experience as a BCBA or in a similar role.
• Montana driver's license and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and provide resources for and provide professional learning in ABA and/or related methodologies.
• Plan and oversee development and implementation of ABA programs for clients with ASD and other disabilities.
• Provide behavioral assessments.
• Assist staff with development and implementation of behavior plans and ABA programs.
• Work with clients with challenging behaviors and train staff accordingly.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide professional learning.
• Maintain knowledge of cognitive, educational, vocational and social challenges of persons with disabilities.
• Plan, organize, and implement projects and schedules.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, other agencies and the public.
• Manage training workshops and presentations.
