Job summary

AWARE in Great Falls, MT is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) full-time, starting at $70,000 per year. The role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA services, developing programs, and providing training to staff and families.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and provide ABA training and resources.
• Plan and oversee ABA program development for clients with ASD and other disabilities.
• Provide behavioral assessments.
• Assist staff with behavior plans and ABA programs.
• Travel within the assigned caseload to provide needed services.
• Record notes and billing entries in the EHR system.
