Job summary

Aware Inc. in Billings, MT is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This full-time role focuses on delivering ABA-based services and coordinating program development for clients with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS/MA/PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Five years of direct work experience required.
• Must be certified in behavior analysis (BCBA).

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and provide professional learning in ABA and related methods.
• Plan and oversee ABA program development for clients with ASD and other disabilities.
• Provide behavioral assessments.
• Assist staff with behavior plans and ABA programs.
• Work with clients with challenging behaviors and train staff accordingly.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments for clients.
• Manage caseload and travel within the assigned area.
• Record notes, billing units, assessments, referrals in the EHR.
