Qualifications

• Must maintain BCBA license/certification per state and certification boards.
• Advanced degree in psychology/social work or related field; five years of direct work experience; must be certified in behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and provide resources for ABA training.
• Plan and oversee ABA-based programs for clients with ASD and other disabilities.
• Provide behavioral assessments.
• Assist staff with behavior plans and ABA programs.
• Work with clients exhibiting challenging behaviors and provide staff training.
