Job summary

Devereux is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience working with adolescents and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology; BCBA required.
• Experience with adolescents and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities/autism.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct required psychological assessments and document per standards.
• Coordinate data collection, summarization and analysis for behavior programs.
• Participate as a member of the individual's interdisciplinary team.
• Develop therapy goals and methods to be integrated into the individual's program.
• Attend and coordinate Treatment Team meetings to align goals and methods with regulations.
